So. Who the heck am I? And more importantly, why on Earth should you trust me?

Well, that's easy: Because I show up and I listen.

For me, it's all about meeting my clients where they are at, and then working together to build a bridge to success, so that they can achieve the goals they seek to accomplish.

My Background: 

I am a thespian. Yes. You read that correctly. I am a trained performance professional with over 25 years of theatrical training and experience under my belt. I received a Master's Degree in Performance from the prestigious Yale School of Drama (now called the David Geffen School of Drama at Yale) and have worked on stages (primarily), television (somewhat) and movies (a smattering of small roles in a few independent projects) ever since.

But what I cherish more than performing is the opportunity to work with people who want to improve their communication game - whether it's public speaking opportunities, political campaigns, leadership development, or simply gaining confidence in how they show up in a room, every single day. THAT is WHY I love coaching; to see the work I am passionate about making an indelible and positive impact on the lives of my clients, and in turn, the lives my clients touch.

I bring a performer's sensibility to the work and infuse my coaching with the principles of performance cultivated over a career of collaboration, storytelling, listening, being present and, most importantly, being intentional.
